Fueled by a poignant encounter at a bar in London when he was 20, he remembers the dismissive response he received after telling a girl he was a salesperson.

"I never ever want to see salespeople disrespected again," Spencer recalled of that pivotal moment. His company serves as a testament to his commitment to that cause, providing e-learning platforms to empower salespeople with the tools, strategies, and education they need to excel professionally.

As for rejection? Spencer views it not as a hurdle, but as a stepping stone. He recalled his early days in sales where his boss asked him to make 100 cold calls a day, aiming for 100 nos. He learned to associate rejection with acceptance, a mindset shift that fundamentally altered his perception of sales and paved the way for his achievements. "In sales, we've got to accept that rejection is part of success."
